MY STORY

I was always overweight. Most of my family was overweight, so it never really bothered me much until I was around 17. Exercising made me feel insecure, and exercising in public made me feel vulnerable. I felt I was showing everything that I’d like to keep hidden. I eventually decided to take a leap and start run/walking with my dog up a hill near my house every day. Slowly but surely I developed a routine that I could stick to, that made me feel accomplished and kept me motivated. I took control of what I had available and quickly branched into addressing my eating habits. As I look back, It makes me feel inspired to help others try something new and make a change for themselves. Through my inspiration, I would like to help others find happiness and confidence in themselves. Real change and physical improvement are possible, and the best time to start your journey is now.
